Antony is a trained Level 1 CrossFit coach, specialized in gymnastics, weight training, resistance training and metabolic conditioning. He has experience in handling many clients from young children to the elderly, and practices safe and effective training schedules. All his classes are supervised and he focuses on form and posture before teaching the repetitive movements. He believes that fitness is a way of life and not a destination; a lifestyle rather than an end.
Dr Esther Sathiaraj
Dr Esther is a PhD in Clinical Nutrition, with over a decade of experience in handling patients and clients for weight loss, sports nutrition, medical nutrition especially with regard to hypertension, diabetes and other lifestyle-related diseases. She focuses on customizing the diet to the type of workouts to ensure that good nutrition is supporting the fitness regimen. She strongly advocates that healthy eating is about maintaining your health and fitness levels; and it’s not only about weight management.
